RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - This week's Restaurant Report returns to a restaurant on last year's critical list.

Last summer, the Health Department told the Dragon King Super Buffet, 6443 Centralia Road in Chesterfield, to fix it's then 11 critical violations or risk closure. It did. But after a year of better scores, Dragon King had 7 critical violations on a recent inspection.

Dead roaches were noted on both the recent inspection and a follow-up inspection reports. The Dragon King manager chose not to give us a full interview, but did talk to us about this issue, "No, never. ... We never had that problem before, since we opened, we never had that problem. Just the one time, I didn't know. Maybe the store next door did something, I don't know."

Dragon King was inspected one more time and all violations were corrected. The manager tells us the restaurant is being sold to a new owner.

Also in Chesterfield, the Crazy Greek at 11500 Busy Street had 4 critical violations. The report says some large containers and stacks of dinnerware on low shelves had debris on them. But they went crazy cleaning and had all problems corrected by the follow-up inspection. The owner declined to comment.

This week's NBC12 Hall of Fame Award winner is The Perfect Blend coffee shop at CJW Medical Center, 1401 Johnston Willis Drive in Richmond.

Said owner Connie Pittard, "Cleanliness is very important in any environment and being here in the hospital, we do strive to keep things very clean."

The Perfect Blend has earned perfect scores on its last four inspections in a row.
