CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - The 22-year old that investigators say set fire to Robious Middle School on purpose will face a judge for a bond hearing Tuesday.
That man, Robert Altizer, is facing several charges including arson, breaking and entering, and felony vandalism.
It was back on last Sunday when investigators say he broke into Robious Middle School and set it on fire.
There was a lot of smoke damage to the school.
Firefighters had to force their way into the school to fight the fire.
Just a few days later, surveillance pictures surfaced and tips from several people led police to Altizer.
Tuesday's hearing is set for 11 a.m. in Chesterfield General District Court.
