RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond police have identified the man shot and killed last night in Richmond's Southside.
Laquan Harris, 20, died at the scene in the 400 block of Westover Hills Boulevard.
Police say around 10:30 Wednesday night, Harris was shot at least twice in the parking lot of the Somerset Glen Apartments. Investigators believe two men were involved.
