HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - The murder trial against a man accused of killing his pregnant mistress has been pushed back nearly a year.
Gregory Nelson Jr.'s trial will now be August 2012. It was originally scheduled for late October 2011.
His attorney requested the delay because he needed more time.
Last month, Nelson was indicted on capital murder in the death of Susana Cisneros. If convicted, he could get the death penalty.
