Fourth person charged in Michael Brown Jr. murder

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Sohan Bhagat, 21, of the 2600 block of Grayland Avenue, is the fourth person to be charged in the death of Michael Brown Jr. He was indicted on June 22 but prosecutors are just now releasing his name. He faces a conspiracy to commit murder charge.

Brown, 20, was shot in downtown Richmond in March outside a nightclub after celebrating his birthday.

Three other men were also charged in his death. Willie Seaward is charged with first-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Prosecutors believe he is the gunman.

Cory Worthington and Giovanni Williford face conspiracy to commit murder charges.
