RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The man accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend in Henrico reportedly re-enacted the crime on videotape.
The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports court documents filed in Henrico circuit court refer to Gregory Nelson's re-enactment during his confession.
A spokesperson for the sheriff's office in Florida, where Nelson was arrested, confirms that after his arrest, Nelson did re-enact the crime, on tape, with a fake knife, and a female forensic technician playing the role of the victim, Susana Cisneros.
Nelson is charged with capital murder. His trial is set for October.
