RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - An update in the murder of a Richmond man outside a downtown nightclub. A grand jury indicted Willie Seaward, 22, today for murder and use of a firearm.
Prosecutors say Seaward is the suspected gunman in the death of Michael Brown Jr., 20. Brown was shot on the street in March while celebrating his birthday.
Family member say Brown's father died from grief a month after the death of his son.
Two others, Cory Worthington and Giovanni Williford, have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder in Brown Jr.'s death.
