RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond Police have an unusual murder mystery on their hands. They know who the victim is and they have suspects in custody. But what they don't know is where to find the victim's relatives.
50-year-old David Eugene Brown was found murdered in a building on Oliver Hill Way, last week. Detectives need help tracking down his family members.
Brown had no fixed address, but was known to frequent Monroe Park and 18th and Broad Streets.
Anyone with information about Brown or his family, friends or acquaintances is asked to contact Major Crimes Detective David Burt at 646-3913.
John Miglucci, Mary L. Smith and Aaron Tripoli were charged last Thursday with conspiracy to commit murder in Brown's death.
