Excessive exposure to the summer heat can make you very ill.
Do simple things like drink water. 20 oz of water are needed for each hour that you are in the hot sun.
If you stop sweating, feel dizzy, nausea or confused after heat exposure, seek immediate shelter, rehydrate and if no improvement call 911.
