RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The Ten Commandments will be going back up in schools across Giles County.

Late Tuesday, the school board voted in favor of a display that includes the Commandments, along with eight other historical documents.

Last week, the ACLU of Virginia and the Freedom From Religion Foundation threatened to sue the school system if any form of the Ten Commandments were put back up.
