RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The driver of that deadly tour bus accident on Interstate-95 in Caroline County will be back in court this week.
37-year-old Kin Yiu Cheung will be in court Wednesday to officially hear his charges before a judge.
His charges were upgraded Friday from reckless driving to four counts of involuntary manslaughter after four people died in the crash.
Witnesses say Cheung fell asleep behind the wheel.
He's being held without bond.
