RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A man was shot and killed at around 6:25 Wednesday evening in the 1000 block of Mosby Street in North Church Hill.
Richmond police said the victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound at the bottom of a staircase near O Street. He was unresponsive and died at the scene.
The man has been identified as Londell L. Shelton Jr., 19, of the 1400 block of North 30th Street.
