Prostitution case leads to police officer's home

HENRICO, VA (WWBT) – An investigation into prostitution leads Virginia State Police to a Henrico town house, but troopers stop short of making an arrest.

On Tuesday, investigators searched a home on the 11600 block of Timberly Court, located near John Rolfe and Ridgefield Parkways in Henrico's West End. According to a search inventory filed this week, investigators seized computer hard drives, an iPhone and digital cameras, among other items.

Real estate and human resource information obtained by NBC12 indicate the home is owned by a current Henrico County Police officer.

A spokesman for Henrico Police declined to comment, as did Virginia State Police.

No charges have been filed.
