Henrico caretaker guilty of larceny, theft May 6, 2011 at 6:38 PM EST - Updated June 24 at 12:15 AM HENRICO, VA (WWBT) – A Henrico woman has been sentenced to 60 days in prison after pleading no contest Thursday to four counts of petit larceny, which had been reduced from grand larceny. She had been accused of ripping off an elderly man to the tune of $1,100. Henrico County Police arrested Patricia Stowe, 52, March 27. She faced 12 counts of forgery and larceny against an 86-year-old man who suffers from dementia. The four counts of forging and uttering were nolle prosequi.
