RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A former Chesterfield administator convicted of his second DUI will have to wait a little longer before his appeal.
Paul Vandemortel was set to appeal his guilty verdit this afternoon. But his defense attorney said the judge didn't schedule enough time for the case.
It's been rescheduled to later this month. Prosecutors expected to call seven people to the stand.
Vandemortel was convicted of hitting four parked cars on West Grace Street, then speeding off last December.
