Immunizations for teenagers

HOPEWELL, VA (WWBT) - Dr. John Clay suggests that teenagers should catch up on immunizations.

For instance, starting in 2007, a 2nd chickenpox vaccine administration is now recommended.

Only 31% of Virginia adolescents age 13-17 have had the 2nd chickenpox vaccination.

Ask about the vaccination at sports physicals or any routine visit to your physician.
