Man found guilty in murder to learn sentence in June

POWHATAN, VA (WWBT) - The man found guilty in a Powhatan murder will learn his punishment in June.

Dennis Merchant Jr., 20, could get up to 20 years in prison when he's sentenced on June 27.

Merchant was convicted in February of second degree murder for the stabbing of Rashad Brown.
