RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - For the first time, 27 year old Gregory Nelson Junior will be seen in a Henrico courtroom.
This after he led police on a massive manhunt up and down the east coast.
Nelson was arrested by the U-S Marshals service down in Kissimmee, FL about a week ago.
Investigators are pinning Nelson as the man responsible for the murder of 24 year old Susana Cisneros.
Her family says she was pregnant with a baby boy and ready to give birth just two weeks before she was found left for dead in the Hardee's parking lot across the street from the Willow Lawn shopping center earlier this month.
On Friday, Henrico police brought Nelson back to the county, and the sheriff talked to Nelson.
Nelson is facing a first degree murder charge.
Monday's hearing is only an arraignment hearing. Normally those are very quick.
