PRINCE GEORGE, VA (WWBT) - The man accused of helping to move a car after the murder of a Richmond mother will not face trial.

Prince George County prosecutors withdrew a misdemeanor today against Darren Fenceroy, 28.

Investigators said Fenceroy moved the car that belonged to best friend Michael Solomon, after Solomon stabbed and killed Tameka Claiborne.

Authorities withdrew the charge because two witnesses would have given conflicting testimony.

In January, Solomon pled guilty to second degree murder.
