RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - VCU will play their good friends from Old Dominion in the Colonial Athletic Association tournament final tonight at 7 p.m. at the Richmond Coliseum.

A ticket to the big dance is on the line, and a big crowd is expected for the title game.

Sunday night, the Rams shocked top seed George Mason in the CAA semifinals, 79-63 was the final score. The Patriots had won 16 games in a row.

If the Rams lose tonight's game they will not make the NCAA tournament. They will have to settle for the N.I.T.

This will be the third meeting this year between Old Dominion and VCU. The Rams won the first meeting, and ODU beat the Rams last month.

VCU fans will be ready for tonight's showdown, but you can expect some major traffic headaches for your evening commute.

You can expect heavy traffic not only around downtown, but also on interstate 64 near the Shockoe Valley Bridge.
