CAA announces award winners

by Matt Lincoln

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -  There were few surprises on awards night at the CAA tournament.  The coach of the best team in the league walked away with Coach of the Year, and the reigning Player of the Year took it home again.

Hofstra senior guard Charles Jenkins was selected as the Colonial Athletic Association men's basketball Player of the Year for the second consecutive season, while George Mason Head Coach Jim Larranaga also took top honors at the Richmond Marriott.
