HOPEWELL, VA (WWBT) - A guilty verdict has been returned in a double murder case in Hopewell.

After a two-day trial, a jury found Shawn Wooden, 38, guilty of two counts of second-degree murder in the killings of Kashif Temple and Antonio Spain.

Both men were found shot in the head in October 2009.  Investigators say the murders were over a car stereo system.

The jury recommended a 45-year prison sentence.  Wooden will be formally sentenced by a judge in May.
