Girls came out by the hundreds to the casting call for America's Next Top Model --all hoping for a shot at fashion and fame!
We caught up with Raquel Byrd as she waited in line dressed from head to toe in designer duds, but behind her Ashley Dean wasn't letting the competition faze her.
"I'm a little more original. There's a lot of pretty girls here... but I definitely have more of an original style."
Another model who came to try out was Monique Wright. This is her second time auditioning for the show and hopes her nerves didn't show through and she'll get a call back.
"I was nice and calm when I first got here. Then I got up there and they asked the question and I'm like, 'I'm a little nervous now!' That was the most difficult part!" Wright said.
After the on camera interview, Top Model hopefuls then must hit the runway in front of the other contestants. For some it was their first time, others felt they were born to do it! Octivia Moore says she her personality is what will get her noticed.
"I got a lot of swag with me and I love fashion! Tyra is one of the hottest girls also!" Moore said.
While others were on stage, some took time to practice their catwalk. They're putting their best foot forward in hopes of becoming America's Next Top Model.
A lot of confidence and of course personality is what casting agents are saying it takes to be on this show. You never know, the next top model could be from right here in Richmond.
