RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The two men accused in the botched robbery at a Mr. Fuel in Caroline County are heading to court Tuesday.

You may remember the video where a good Samaritan was shot when he bashed a beer bottle across the suspect's head.

Federal prosecutors have now taken over the case against Warren Brown and his accused get-away driver, Winston Oliver.

The two men are now in federal custody - and are scheduled for a preliminary hearing Tuesday in federal court in downtown Richmond.
