Mr. Fuel robbery case in Federal court

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The two men accused in the botched robbery at a Mr. Fuel in Caroline County are heading to court later today. A good samaritan was shot after he bashed a beer bottle across the suspect's head.

Federal prosecutors have now taken over the case against Warren Brown and his accused get-away driver, Winston Oliver.

The two men are now in federal custody, and are scheduled for a preliminary hearing today in Federal court in downtown Richmond.
