PETERSBURG, VA (WWBT) - On Tuesday, the U.S. Marshal Tri-City Regional Task Force arrested Kelleph Bland, III, and charged him with the January 22 homicide of Marcellus Crittendon, 19.
Located in Hopewell, Bland was arrested without incident. He is being held without bond at Riverside Regional Jail.
Police say Crittendon was shot and killed around 1:00 a.m. in the 1400 block of Custer Street.
