Former EMS worker will spend 6 months in jail for child porn conviction

CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - The former EMS worker convicted of having child porn will serve 6 months in jail.

A judge sentenced Jesse Overstreet Tuesday to five years but suspended four and a half years of the sentence.  Overstreet is also required to register as a sex offender on the state registry.

His teenage daughter found more than 250 searches for child porn on his home computer last year.
