RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond Police have arrested a man wanted in connection with two shootings—one fatal—in Hillside Court this week.
Deandre Rayseem Yellardy, 19, the 1600 block of Glenfield Avenue, surrendered to police early this morning. He was wanted for attempted murder in connection with the incident, which occurred in the 1400 block of Harwood Street just after 7 p.m. Tuesday.
