Two men in custody for robbing ABC store

FREDERICK COUNTY, VA (WWBT) - Two Rappahannock teenagers are now in custody for the 2010 armed robbery of an Orange ABC.

Early Saturday morning the Frederick County Sheriff's Office took 19-year-old James Crooks into custody on an unrelated charge.

19-year-old Jeremy Carter turned himself in to Virginia State Police investigators last Tuesday.

Both men are charged with armed robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

The teens are being held in Culpeper county jail.
