RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A college student strips down to his underwear at Richmond International Airport protesting the TSA's body scanners and pat downs.

An airport official said this happened around two p.m. Thursday.

We're told 21-year-old Aaron Toby had the language of the 4th amendment about unreasonable searches and seizures written on his bare chest with a marker.

The Cincinnati college student was detain and cited for disorderly conduct.

He'll have to face a judge in Henrico in January.
