HANOVER COUNTY, VA (WWBT) - A funeral is scheduled for Thursday for a King William County man who died over the weekend.

Twenty-three-year-old Casey Bohr was killed Friday night after a car crash in Hanover County. Casey Bohr's funeral will take place Thursday afternoon at Fort Lee Baptist Church in Henrico.

An illegal immigrant was charged in this deadly accident.

Friday night, Casey was driving his car down east Patrick Henry Boulevard in Hanover County. His mother, Bobbie, was a passenger.

Authorities say another car driven by Feliciano Suarez veered into the wrong lane and hit them, sending the car spinning. Casey was not buckled in and was thrown out. His mother suffered a broken collarbone and rib.

Family and friends describe Casey as a big man with a big passion for softball. He'll be buried near the family home in King William County.

Authorities say Feliciano Suarez was drunk, and later admitted to being in the country illegally. Earlier this week, a judge decided he will remain in police custody. Suarez is facing four charges including involuntary manslaughter and driving under the influence. He will be back in court on February 23rd, 2011.
