Louisa man found guilty on drug charges

LOUISA, VA (WWBT) - Rontray Houchens has been found guilty on seven charges of distribution of cocaine and one of obstruction of justice in a Louisa County court.

His sentencing is scheduled for on February 14, 2011.

The charges stem from the May 22 brutal beating of 87-year-old Lois Rosson. Rosson lost sight in her left eye in the brutal attack.

Rontray's brother, Remone Houchens was charged with felony aggravated malicious wounding, robbery and burglary with the intent to commit robbery.

Rontray L. Houchens and the mother of the two men, Linda D. Houchens, were also arrested in connection with the case. Linda Houchens was charged with obstruction of justice.
