CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA (WWBT) - Chesterfield school officials get a chance Thursday to give their side of the story involving an age discrimination case.

Former school spokesperson Deborah Marlowe is suing for $90,000, claiming the school system let her go because she was too old.

The 60-year-old spent much of Wednesday on the stand, laying out her case of how she says she was forced out.

Chesterfield Superintendent Marcus Newsome is expected to testify Thursday at the Federal Courthouse downtown.
