RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The leader of the American Outlaws Association will remain behind bars as he waits for a re-trial.
A federal judge said in court today he believes Jack Rosga, 53, still poses a danger to the public and denied a request to release him.
Earlier this month a jury deadlocked on the conspiracy and racketeering charge against him. That same jury acquitted two co-defendants and convicted one on half the charges.
Defense attorney's say Rosga stands to lose his trucking business if he stays behind bars.
He'll be retried December 1.
