Police standby at book signing

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Police were keeping an eye on a book signing in Colonial Heights over the weekend.

A founding member of "Hells Angels," a motorcycle gang, was at the City Limits Tattoo Parlor.

Police tell us they wanted to be ready to respond should something bad happen.

Attorneys for the president of rival gang, "The Outlaws," want their client released while he awaits a second trial on racketeering charges.

A federal jury in Richmond deadlocked earlier this month in the case of Jack Rosga of Milwaukee.

The jury acquitted two co-defendants and convicted another on two of four counts.
