Power shutdown downtown after electrical fire

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Dominion crews were finally able to restore power to a six block stretch along Broad Street.

The stop lights, among everything else, were out for about 12 hours Sunday when an underground transformer caught fire around 8 a.m.

Police had to help direct traffic and put out temporary stop signs at several intersections.
