RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Veterans, put your wallets away. This Veteran's Day you can dine all day without spending a cent.

Chili's is offering a free entree this Thursday, all you have to do is bring is your military ID. You'll have your choice of sandwiches at Subway. Veterans can get any six inch sub, no purchase necessary. Applebee's honors our servicemen with a choice of one of 7 entrees absolutely free of charge.

All veterans and active duty personnel can get an individual pizza or entree compliments of UNO's. Little Caesars is doing its part and wants all veterans to enjoy their crazy bread for free this year. TGI Friday's will honor your old or current military ID with buy one get one free deals all the way through Sunday.

Most of these freebies fall on Veteran's Day, but not at Golden Corral. Their ninth annual military appreciation dinner will be Monday the 15th. That way servicemen and women won't have to choose between the good deals.

If you're looking for something sweet, Krispy Kreme will give you a free donut of your choice on Veteran's Day. And Dunkin Donuts is giving away free coffee every Tuesday in November to all active duty personnel.

And it's not just free food. Ye Olde Car Wash on Hull Street wants veterans to have a clean ride at no cost to you. Family Dollar and Dollar General are taking 10% off their already low prices. Sears will discount 10% as well, but takes it a step further, expanding the savings to teachers, police and fire and hospital staff.

Home Depot and Lowe's choose to honor veterans every day. All veterans get a 10% military discount on almost every product 365 days out of the year.

Most of these deals are open to veterans and active duty personnel. They must bring a military ID to redeem the deals.
