RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A tractor-trailer caught fire on Interstate 95, downtown early Tuesday morning.

All lanes of Interstate 95 are open again after the fire. State police say the tractor-trailer's brakes got heated and caused one of the tires to catch on fire.

It happened around 1 am on I-95 near the Belvidere exit in Downtown Richmond, and although it happened while most were sleeping, traffic was still an issue.

Traffic at was at a standstill as State Police shut down the road to investigate what happened. It was like this for about half an hour.

No one was hurt, and the driver won't be charged.
