RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Voters will head to the polls to cast ballots in a number of races on Tuesday.

Political candidates are gearing up for the final burst of campaigning before election day and some big names stumped here in Virginia.

Friday night, a fired up and energetic crowd in Charlottesville welcomed President Obama and rallied behind his choice for their congressional district.

Governor Bob McDonnell, Lt. Governor Bill Bolling, and Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli took part in a last-minute push to get out the vote for republicans in tight races.

But candidates aren't the only ones you'll vote for tomorrow.

There are also three proposed constitutional amendments on the ballot.

One would allow areas to grant real estate tax exemptions to low-income senior citizens and to people with disabilities.

The second would exempt disabled veterans or their surviving spouses from the real estate tax.

The third amendment would increase the size of the state's rainy-day fund.
