RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - On Friday a jury will begin to determine the fate of members of the Outlaws motorcycle gang that are on trial. The trial has been going on for more than a week now.

We've seen extra security both outside and inside the federal courthouse. We will soon find out what will happen to four members of the Outlaw motorcycle gang. Members of the gang are on trial, accused of assaults, kidnapping, drug dealing, illegal gambling, and even attempted murder.

For more than a week, lawyers from both sides of the aisle have presented their case.

Federal investigators are trying to prove that members of the Outlaws ran an illegal business for quite some time, part of it happening right here in Central Virginia.

Twenty-seven members were picked up this year in a national crackdown on the group. Fourteen members have already pled guilty. Some are putting up a fight here in Richmond.

On Thursday, jurors spent most of the day listening to closing arguments, followed by instructions from the judge.
