RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - According to the Richmond Association of Realtors, the number of single-family homes sold in Richmond dropped 8.6 percent in September.
That number is down 19.2 percent from a year ago, and is opposite of national trends. Sales across the country rose 10 percent in September.
Experts say fears over the banks' recent foreclosure fiasco could stall the market this year.
