RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A University of Richmond freshman and two Georgetown freshmen will face a judge in Washington, D.C., Monday.

They are all charged with manufacturing a controlled substance.

The makings of a drug lab was discovered in a freshman dorm Saturday at Georgetown University.

More than 400 students were evacuated and several students were reportedly exposed to fumes.

Police have identified John Perrone as one of the three people involved.

University officials confirm Perrone is a full time freshman who lives on campus. They haven't made any decisions about Perrone's student status.

They are waiting for the outcome of this investigation.
