CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - The six teens accused of vandalizing a Chesterfield High School had to give up their driver's licenses today.

It was one of their conditions of bond set during a preliminary hearing. The six 18-year old's have also been ordered to stay off Chesterfield school property.

The group and a juvenile are accused of plastering Cosby High School with offensive words and symbols in June.

A new judge presided over the preliminary hearing. The judge who was on the case took himself off because his son graduated from Cosby.
