PETERSBURG, VA (WWBT) - The Petersburg man accused of setting fire to the woman who fired him is expected to go on trial Tuesday.

Fifty-one-year-old Henry Morton is charged with aggravated malicious wounding.

Police say Morton hid and waited for his boss to arrive at a Petersburg apartment complex last November.

When the woman showed up, police say Morton hit her, and then set her on fire.
