RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Dozens of people who survived last year's shooting rampage at Fort Hood will be testifying in a military court starting Tuesday.
They're taking the stand at the military hearing to determine whether there's enough evidence to try army psychiatrist Major Nidal Hasan. He's accused of gunning down more than 40 people and killing 13 of them.
Hasan lived in northern Virginia and graduated from Virginia Tech.
