SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, VA (WWBT) - A Fredericksburg man accused of spiking his co-workers drinks with bleach is expected in court Thursday.

Twenty-nine-year old Jermaine Johnson is charged with two felonies. He's accused of pouring bleach in a waitress' coffee and a waiter's soda at the Denny's in Spotsylvania in July.

Authorities say Johnson, who worked as a cook there, first claimed it was an accident, but then admitted he meant to do it.
