CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA (WWBT) - A Chesterfield mother is suing the school board after she says her daughter was injured on a school bus.
The Chesterfield Observer reports a student was on a county school bus nearly a year ago, when they had a bus fire drill.
Janett Tyminiski says her daughter was injured as she got off the back of the bus. The mother claims she suffered head, neck, and back injuries.
