Chester man enters guilty plea in fraud case

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A Chester man pleads guilty for his role in what federal investigators are calling a "fraud scheme."

Tomme Bromseth, 68, pled guilty on two charges, including mail fraud.

Bromseth admitted to misleading investors into handing over millions of dollars which was later used for the personal gain of several people.

He will be sentenced in January and could face jail time.
