Chester man goes to court on fraud charges

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA (WWBT) - A Chester man accused in a fraud case will go before a Federal judge on Thursday.

Sixty-eight-year old Tomme Bromseth is scheduled for a bond hearing and a plea agreement.

NBC12 has obtained a copy of the plea deal in which Bromseth admitted to Federal agents that he misled people into giving him millions of dollars in investments that were used for personal gain.
