HENRICO COUNTY, VA (WWBT) - It appears the future of Innsbrook will be a lot different than what it currently looks like.
Tuesday night the Board of Supervisors voted to change area from office and commercial space to an urban mixed-used space.
This means the Innsbrook area could look more like community made up of office, retail, entertainment and residential development.
The Innsbrook project would be very similar to the West Broad Village area in Short Pump and the Rockets Landing Community in Eastern Henrico.
The changes will be included into the county's 2026 Comprehensive Plan.
